Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga 8 Week Series Begins Saturday September 11 2010

simplyYoga’s Marcy Sheldon will teach two New 8 Week Yoga Series Saturdays from beginning September 11th through November 20th 2010 (excluding 9/23 and 11/13)

Join the classes at anytime. No previous yoga experience necessary.

Postnatal Yoga From 9-10:15 in the Reflecting Room:
These Postnatal Classes will consist of yoga asanas that focus on building core strength, creating flexibility, and bringing balance to our bodies both physically and emotionally. Come relax, breathe, move and rejuvenate yourself. Drop ins are $18 a session, or $18 per class for the complete pre-paid 8 week series for $128.

Prenatal Yoga From 10:30-12:00 in the Reflecting Room: Yoga during pregnancy can influence the physical body, mind, and emotions by creating a sense of inner strength and power, a deeper connection with your baby, and increased energy and vitality, thus maintaining health and overall well being. Prepare for your labor and delivery with a wide variety of postures and breathing techniques that aid in building strength, releasing physical tension in muscles and joints, increasing flexibility, reducing stress, stabilizing emotions, combating fatigue, and providing a sense of calmness. Come indulge in your pregnancy and discover empowerment, a feeling of peace and a harmonious connection with your body, heart, mind, and unborn child. Drop ins are $20 a session, or $18 per class for the complete pre-paid 8 week series for $144.
