The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course

with an all-day retreat on Sunday, March 25

Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction is a highly researched educational program that uses mindfulness meditation to teach particants skills for living healthier, more satisfying lives. It was developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn and Dr. Saki Santorelli at UMass Medical School and has been widely hailed for its effectiveness. It has been featured in Time, Newsweek, on Oprah and in many other media sources. Course materials include a workbook and two home practice CDs.

Course leaders: Robin Boudette, Ph.D and Pat Vroom, Ph.D are both psychologists in private practice. Robin has taught Simply Yoga's extremely popular Mindfulness Meditation series in the past and coordinates the Mind-Body Services Team at Princeton University Counseling and Psychological Services. She is also a yoga instructor.
Pat previously established the mindfulness program at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in NYC.
