Dean Cardulla

Dean Cardulla started practicing Hatha yoga in 2004 under the guidance of Carol Cook, Jo Carter and the wonderful staff at Simply Yoga. He has also attended workshops with senior Iyengar teachers Bobbi Golden, Kevin Gardiner and Dean Lerner. From the first class Dean was inspired by the notion of honoring and treating the self with patience and gentle kindness. He is especially drawn to the precise yet forgiving nature of Iyengar yoga. Dean is currently a teacher-training candidate at Simply Yoga.
